A bit about myself...

I am Kelly Knights the owner of KH and have an interest in hobbies.  Having many hobbies is what built this business, including slot cars, model trains, 3D printing and lots more.  I have also run several small businesses, one being a Private Investigation Agency. I also spent several years as a security guard for Lyndon Security & Paladin Security.

During the Pandemic in 2020, KH started out as a on-line business selling CarreraGo slot cars and accessories.  I then became a retailer for Carrera, Woodland Scenics, Atlas and several other brands for my business.  I focused in having distributor's, rather then suppliers to push my business further in the industry.  I then ventured to a market in the Chatham area and added HO & N scale trains to my inventory.  Well at the Wednesday Market in Chatham, I researched the hobby industry and gathered an insight on the demand for model trains.  After having started out with a table, I learned that I was able to grow to a booth in the market.  The market had gone out of business, do I decided to relocate to Sarnia.  I was in this location for at least 2 more years, until the issues with the increase in Tariffs.  The reason for leaving Sarnia and moving to Wallaceburg was simple.  Less driving, which allowed me to lower the amount of taxes that was radically affecting my business.
